Description:

Caspian One, a Bournemouth-based technical services company, is growing, and we’re looking for a part-time HR Recruiter to work with us approximately 3 days a week to lead our internal hiring efforts. With an annual hiring target of roughly 15 new team members, this role is responsible for managing the entire recruitment process, from job descriptions to sourcing from screening to onboarding. This is a fantastic opportunity for a proactive HR professional who’s excited to help shape our team’s future and attract top talent to Caspian One. If you want to get into this space and have done a lot of hiring, we would also love to hear from you.

SO, WHAT DOES A TYPICAL DAY LOOK LIKE?

· Sourcing: You’re skilled at crafting compelling job ads that match the job description, but you’re also comfortable reaching out directly to passive candidates and building a talent pool.
· Candidate-Centric: You genuinely enjoy connecting with candidates and aligning them with roles that fit their skills and aspirations.
· Collaboration with Hiring Managers: You’ll keep hiring managers in the loop about vacancies and candidate progress, fostering smooth communication.
· Interviewing: Interviewing is one of your strengths, allowing you to assess candidates effectively and make the best hiring recommendations.
· Social Media Engagement: You’ll actively post stories and content about Caspian One to showcase our culture and attract top talent.
· Industry Research: You stay updated on industry trends and best practices, constantly seeking ways to improve our recruitment approach.

WHAT EXPERIENCE HAVE YOU HAD SO FAR IN YOUR CAREER?

· Recruitment Experience: Ideally, you have a background in HR recruitment or in a team leader or management role which required you to recruit for your own team.
· Excellent Communication Skills: This role involves plenty of talking and writing, so strong communication is a must.
· Relationship-Building: You enjoy collaborating with hiring managers and candidates, providing support and guidance throughout the hiring process.
· Adaptability in a Fast-Paced Environment: Like many recruitment roles, this one can be dynamic, with multiple tasks on the go at any given time.

Responsibilities:

· It’s a part-time position: We understand there are other part-time internal recruitment roles in the area but this one allows you to work flexibly and may lead to a full-time opportunity in the future if that’s what you would like; You can choose how you want to work – perhaps it’s school hours, or a mix of half and full days.
· You’ll be our in-house expert: Our team will rely on your expertise and insights to help shape and guide our hiring decisions.
· Beyond recruiting, we want your recommendations: You’ll actively recruit talent, but we also value your input on improving our candidate experience and refining our hiring practices and strategy.
· Feel valued: We are in a growth phase and your input will directly help us to achieve that growth by ensuring we hire the right people that fit our culture and take us forward.
