ABOUT THE ROLE:
Refresco, the world’s largest independent bottler, is looking for a dedicated Site HR Advisor to join our Bridgwater team. In this role, you will be pivotal in delivering an operational-focused HR service, ensuring that our plant operates smoothly while adhering to the highest standards of conduct, compliance, and employee engagement.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage conduct matters, supporting line managers in investigations and ensuring timely resolution.
- Monitor absence levels, supporting line managers with absence management and escalating cases as necessary.
- Ensure annual appraisals and objective setting are completed on time.
- Proactively manage vacancies to minimize disruption to manufacturing.
- Support the recruitment process, onboarding new employees, and ensuring they receive feedback and support during their probation period.
- Conduct exit interviews to gather feedback and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Deliver training and workshops to ensure line managers are well-versed in company processes.
- Support the rollout of L&D initiatives across the plant.
- Support audits and ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
- Advise and coach line managers on HR policies, maintaining positive employee relations.
- Ensure consistent application of policies and procedures across the plant.
- Participate in internal groups and committees, providing HR insights and support.
- Ensure timely communication with employees and support cyclical HR projects like “Great Place to Work.”
