Description:
Hunter Rose is partnering with a global manufacturing client in Saudi Arabia that is looking for an HR Advisor to support their growing HR function. This role is vital in providing guidance and expertise to management and employees on a wide range of HR generalist issues. You will be instrumental in driving HR initiatives, maintaining employee engagement, and enhancing organizational effectiveness across the business.
- Provide full HR advisory service to line managers and employees regarding policies, procedures, KSA employment law, and best practices.
- Support talent acquisition strategies including recruitment processes, onboarding, and employee induction.
- Guide and support performance management processes, ensuring objectives are communicated, monitored, and evaluated.
- Assist with employee relations matters, conducting investigations and addressing grievances in accordance with company policies.
- Coordinate training and development initiatives to enhance employee skills and career development.
- Manage employee engagement activities, including surveys and feedback mechanisms to promote a positive work culture.
- Ensure compliance with Saudi labor laws and regulations and assist with relevant reporting requirements.
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR metrics to support decision-making and organizational planning.
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in HR Generalist roles with a heavy focus on Talent Acquisition and onboarding, ideally within a multinational environment in Saudi Arabia.
- Strong knowledge of Saudi labor laws and regulations.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Arabic and English.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships at all levels.
- Ability to handle sensitive matters confidentially and professionally.
- Proficiency in HRIS and MS Office.
- HR certification (e.g., CIPD, PHR) is a plus.
