Responsibilities:
ABOUT THE ROLE
An opportunity for a Human Resources Advisor has become available to work in our Supply Chain and Operations team. Reporting to the Senior Human Resources Business Partner, your you will provide advice and support to a range of stakeholders on people related matters.
The role will support HR functions, business projects and improvements to add value and growth to the HR function and business operations, as well as providing administrative tasks and assistance for the business and it’s stakeholders as required.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide regular and consistent support for recruitment. Including writing job descriptions, job advertisements, conducting phone screening, interviews, reference checks and assist with onboarding and induction of new employees.
- Support HR project work and best practice
- Review process for optimisation
- Support HRBP with stakeholder management
- Support policy reviews and update in line with award changes
- Support analytics review across reward & recognition, recruitment and business priorities.
- Provide administrative assistance to the HR team, maintaining rigour in our documents and files
- Provide sound advice to employees in line with our policies and procedures
- Support HR team on learning & development, talent management and performance management requirements
