Description:

HR ADVISOR – SCOTTISH FORESTRY PEOPLE TEAM

Scottish Forestry is looking for a proactive and collaborative HR Advisor to join our People Team within the Transformation and Corporate Services group. This is a full-time, permanent role with hybrid working options.

In this varied role, you will provide essential HR support to colleagues across the agency. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Offering HR advice and coaching to managers and staff
  • Supporting resourcing efforts and performance management processes
  • Assisting with the application of terms and conditions of employment
  • Analysing staffing management information (MI)
  • Contributing to HR-related projects

We offer hybrid working, allowing you to split your time between our office in Saughton House, Edinburgh, working from home, and visiting our teams across Scotland.
