Description:
Provide high quality HR advice to managers and operational management teams that drives the achievement of SECAmbs organisational strategy, objectives, culture and values and builds an inclusive and diverse workforce Advise and support managers on investigations, including grievance,disciplinary, and bullying and harassment cases Provide coaching and feedback to support managers to provide high quality people leadership and people management, and role model SECAmbs desired culture and values Provide expert HR advice to enable operational managers to build and sustain high engagement and improve retention Provide advice and support to managers on change management, including restructuring, designing and developing new roles or changes to roles, and developing job descriptions Participate in HR projects and initiatives as required Actively contribute to the development of SECAmbs desired culture within the team and the wider organisatio
