DESCRIPTION

We are currently seeking a dynamic individual to join the team based in our Birmingham office as a HR Advisor (HR Systems and Reporting).
As an integral member of our team, you’ll be responsible for proactively maintaining our HR information system, People First. Your primary goal will be to ensure that all Thompsons employees have access to a reliable and comprehensive system that promotes self-service and empowers both employees and managers.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR…

Excellent communicators with experience of HR information systems and with integrated HR and Payroll systems. As well as HR Advisors with experience of providing administrative support to an HR function, we are keen to hear from highly organised individuals who thrive in both a team environment and when working independently. Your experience using Power BI or similar reporting tools would be highly desirable-as well as an understanding of payroll processes.

Responsibilities:

  • Day to day maintenance of our HRIS ‘People First’ to ensure accuracy, compliance, and integrity
  • Build strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including our system supplier, MHR

Support the L&D team with Learning Management System (Docebo) tasks.

  • Ensuring all users are trained to utilise the HRIS effectively and maintain accuracy
  • Adhering to agreed SLAs with a focus on managing queries through to resolution
  • Managing and maintaining firm-wide monthly people metric dashboards
  • Producing weekly/monthly MI data/metrics/reports as required
  • Supporting annual people activities including performance reviews, incremental salary reviews, and practising certificate renewal
