Description:
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Previous experience as an HR Advisor in a similar industry.
- In-depth knowledge of HR best practices, labour laws, and regulations with experience developing and implementing policies and procedures.
- Strong written and verbal communication and the ability to speak Mandarin would be considered advantageous.
- Excellent problem-solving and conflict-resolution keeping
Responsibilities:
- Provide HR advice and support to managers and employees.
- Manage all HR functions for LIVEFIRM, such as creating the end-to-end recruitment and selection process and immigration visa processing.
- Facilitate and design employee onboarding, training, and induction.
- Provide advice and support to managers and employees on employee relations.
- Manage and enhance the performance appraisals and training programs.
- Ensure legal compliance in all HR practices, including visa regulations and HR-related documentation.
