Description:

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Previous experience as an HR Advisor in a similar industry.
  • In-depth knowledge of HR best practices, labour laws, and regulations with experience developing and implementing policies and procedures.
  • Strong written and verbal communication and the ability to speak Mandarin would be considered advantageous.
  • Excellent problem-solving and conflict-resolution keeping

Responsibilities:

  • Provide HR advice and support to managers and employees.
  • Manage all HR functions for LIVEFIRM, such as creating the end-to-end recruitment and selection process and immigration visa processing.
  • Facilitate and design employee onboarding, training, and induction.
  • Provide advice and support to managers and employees on employee relations.
  • Manage and enhance the performance appraisals and training programs.
  • Ensure legal compliance in all HR practices, including visa regulations and HR-related documentation.
