Description:

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?:

  • Have a minimum of 2 years experience with a focus on employee relations.
  • Hold a CIPD level 5.
  • Demonstrate proven experience in handling high volume of employee relations cases with successful outcomes, preferably in a fast-paced professional environment.
  • Have excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple cases simultaneously.
  • Have exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively communicate complex information to employees at all levels of the Company.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to independently assess situations and provide sound recommendations in line with our company policies.
  • Have strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build trust and rapport with employees, managers and external organisations..
  • Have experience in delivering large scale change management .
  • Working knowledge of relevant policies and regulations.
  • Excellent MS Excel skills.
  • Be a team player.

Responsibilities:

BECOME PART OF A WELL KNOWN LAW GROUP AS OUR HR ADVISOR!-OFFICE BASED ROLE.

As our new HR Advisor , you will play a pivotal role in supporting our firm’s most valuable asset - our people. Reporting to the HR Manager, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive HR guidance and support to employees and management in a timely and professional manner.

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Oversee employee relations cases from start to finish, ensuring timely resolution of issues while maintaining compliance with internal policies and applicable laws.
  • Provide advice and guidance to managers and employees on all employee matters, including disciplinaries, performance management, flexible working requests, phased returns, etc etc etc while maintaining positive employee relations.
  • Create and implement appropriate action plans to address employee relations issues; recommend corrective measures as needed.
  • Develop and deliver training sessions and workshops to educate managers on effective employee relations practices, conflict resolution, and workforce management strategies.
  • Work with line managers to ensure that absences are maintained within acceptable limits utilising occupational health where appropriate by creating and dealing with referrals and appropriate meetings.
  • Roll out of Cezanne (new Cloud based HR system) in conjunction with project team.
  • Be the effective Number 2 for HR Manager.
  • To assist and support the HR team in their duties.
  • You may be required to perform any other duties and to work in any other areas as requested.by the Company if necessary, which may include other offices and those of clients.
