SKILLS YOU NEED
- Experience with complex Employee Relations cases, including Tribunal stage
- Experience coaching and influencing managers and senior management
- Strong commercial approach and business understanding
- Excellent time management, organised, and the ability to meet deadlines
- CIPD Level 5 qualified
