Description:
Agincare have a new opportunity for a passionate, experienced HR Advisor to join our Human Resources team. This role will be based at our Head Office located in Portland, Dorset. You will be working with a knowledgeable and experienced HR team including our Head of HR who will soon be celebrating 20 years working with Agincare!

Responsibilities:
As a HR advisor you are responsible to deliver a full range of HR Services, to all companies, ensuring high levels of accuracy and confidentiality at all times. Supporting the HR Business Partner, and Head of HR to ensure that the HR Strategic Plan is delivered and that the HR department provides an excellent service to the business.
Additional responsibilities will include:
- Advising on staff development, wellbeing and employee engagement
- Contributing to the continuous improvement of HR systems and practices. This includes maintaining the internal HRIS
- Consulting on issues related to workplace relations, performance management and sickness management.
- Conduct internal surveys to gather employee feedback and identify areas of improvement
- Undertake project work such as bench marking as and when required.
- Provide accurate management information as requested - developing and maintaining various trackers and providing reports as requested.
- Meeting company standards pertaining to quantity and quality of work performed on an ongoing basis, performing all work-related tasks in a manner that follows all Company policies and procedures.
- Adhering to Company policies, procedures, and directives regarding standards of workplace behaviour in completing job duties and assignments.
- Provide support in employee relations meetings, advising the line manager on process and taking notes
- Managing all the HR files in line with CQC and GDPR/legislative standards, updating compliance information, starters, leavers etc.
- Provide HR data and analytical reports
- Undertake any other duties as requested commensurate with the role.
- Build relationships across the organisation with all level of staff
