Description:

Acting as the first point of contact for HR inquiries, you’ll manage internal and external communications, oversee document handling and maintaining up-to-date staff noticeboards. In this varied role, you’ll support the HR Manager with employee relations (ER) cases, occupational health referrals, and perform risk assessments, ensuring a safe and supportive work environment for all staff. You’ll assist in managing absence trigger point breach meetings, supporting the HR Manager by providing relevant data, helping document discussions, and ensuring appropriate follow-up actions are implemented to maintain consistent attendance standards across the practice. You’ll also be integral to our recruitment and onboarding process, working closely with managers to create job advertisements, manage the Applicant Tracking System, complete pre-employment checks, and conduct thorough new starter inductions.
Beyond recruitment, you’ll maintain accurate records for payroll, absences, CPD, and clinical professional registrations. By managing probation reviews, updating HR records, and ensuring timely completion of mandatory training, you’ll help uphold our high standards of compliance and staff development.
