JOB SUMMARY:

The HR at Tomato Energy will play a key role in supporting the company’s growth by assisting the HR Manager in the HR process and ensuring a seamless onboarding experience for new employees. This role involves handling administrative tasks, performing reference and Right to Work (RTW) checks, and supporting HR initiatives. The ideal candidate will be highly organiased, detail-oriented, and passionate about attracting and retaining top talent, as well as progressing their HR career.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, or relevant experience
  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR and recruitment, preferably within the energy or related sectors.
  • Skills:
  • Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HR software.
  • Attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities:

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Coordinate the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing employment contracts, onboarding materials, and induction schedules.
  • Facilitate new hire orientation sessions to introduce company policies, culture, and values.
  • Liaise with IT and facilities teams to ensure new employees have the necessary tools and resources from day one.
