Description:
Rosebel Gold Mines N.V. is seeking a dedicated HR Advisor to join our Human Resources department. As the HR Advisor for Total Rewards, HRIS, and Analytics, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing strategies to attract, retain, and motivate our talented workforce.

Responsibilities:
- Support the design, communication, and implementation of Rosebel’s compensation and benefits programs.
- Participate in compensation and benefits surveys, analyzing market trends and competitor practices.
- Build a local professional network to exchange relevant information.
- Maintain and update role profiles (job descriptions) and ensure proper job families and levels.
- Oversee annual compensation reviews and collaborate with carriers, brokers, and administrators on benefit plans.
- Ensure legislative compliance, implement plans, manage enrollments, and resolve benefit inquiries and billing issues.
- Guide pay administration for stakeholders and assist in developing and maintaining the HR budget.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Public Administration, Human Resources Management, or a related field.
- 3 years or more experience working with HRIS systems, preferably timekeeping system and forecasting and budgeting.
- Experience with HRIS systems such as; Oracle, SAP or similar HR systems.
- Professionalism and discretion to maintain confidential information.
- Advanced Excel skills including pivot tables, charts, and formulas and proficiency in Microsoft Word and PowerPoint.
- Strong mathematical and analytical skills for researching, analyzing, and developing compensation programs.
- Advanced organization, planning, and project management skills
- Willingness to work on a rotational schedule of 5 days on the mine site in Brokopondo followed by 2 days break.
