Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of HR for the production workforce and ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
- Collaborate with the production management team to establish robust HR systems and processes.
- Spearhead recruitment efforts for the production workforce, ensuring the timely and efficient onboarding of new employees.
- Oversee time and attendance tracking for the production workforce to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Offer HR solutions to promote a positive work environment and address issues such as absenteeism, employee concerns and grievances.
- Administer benefits payments and process short disability claims.
- Serve as the first point of contact for employees and production supervisors regarding HR forms, collective bargaining agreements (CBA), and policies.
- Collaborate with the production management team to align HR strategies with production objectives and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Maintain, analyze and report data in the HRIS to ensure accuracy and form HR strategies effectively.
- Work closely with the management team to identify areas for improvement in company policies and procedures and actively participate in implementing positive changes.
- Participate in global initiatives and apply strategic approaches to HR functions to align with organizational goals.
- Provide support to the HR Business Partners (HRBP) to ensure smooth HR operations
