Description:
An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced HR Advisor to join a hardworking and friendly HR Team.
Working in the HR Change team, you will provide advice and guidance to managers on all aspects of change management processes, ensuring all risks are identified and managed and legislative processes followed in line with company policy and procedures. This will include leading and supporting managers on TUPE transfers both in and out of the business, restructures/closures, redundancies, deregistration’s, and acquisitions as well as supporting any tender enquiries. You will ensure that all required change management processes are adhered to in line with company policy and employment legislation, including the collation and/or review of due diligence information, preparing presentations/documentation, setting up and attending employee consultations explaining the reasons behind any change programme, providing clarity on the process and addressing any questions or concerns from colleagues and ensuring all employee data is received and updated within our company systems. You will also ensure that all compliance documentation such as criminal record checks and right to work information is in place upon any transfer to the business. You will collaborate closely with internal teams as well as senior management to ensure a smooth transition of change programmes within the set timescales.
The successful candidate should have experience of managing and advising on change management programmes ideally with experience of TUPE transfers. You should also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, have the ability to handle sensitive conversations with empathy and strong attention to detail and organisational abilities.
