THE OPPORTUNITIES
In anticipation of the next Federal Election and to support the delivery of programs to maintain the safety and wellbeing of our staff and community (leading up to and during the event), the Work Health and Safety and Wellbeing Teams are seeking talent to join the Safety, Wellbeing, Inclusion and Performance section.
The roles are responsible for undertaking work that is often sensitive in nature, and under general direction, will provide functional expertise under the APS employment framework and relevant legislation.
Whilst the roles are administration and customer service driven, there is opportunity to participate in project management, to uplift the functions performed by the Wellbeing and WHS teams and to grow a career in injury management, rehabilitation, employee wellbeing programs and WHS.
Responsibilities:
The Australian Electoral Commission (AEC) is an independent statutory authority established by the Australian Government to maintain an impartial and independent electoral system for eligible voters through active electoral roll management, efficient delivery of polling services, and targeted education and public awareness programs.
