Description:

Reporting to the Manager, HR Programs, as the HR Analyst, you will have a crucial role creating and analyzing people metrics to support data-driven decision making and workforce planning. As you become the subject matter expert for information management and administration, you will collaborate with your colleagues to design and provide reports, manage and administer various HR data platforms, and will work with a variety of stakeholders to implement and support system updates.
How you will contribute to the team:
- Be an HRIS super user, supporting the administration, report generation, training, troubleshooting, and ongoing system management.
- Lead the testing and implementation of new products and configuration changes of existing products.
- Research, analyze, and report data and metrics in a timely and professional manner. Develop standard and ad hoc reports, templates, dashboards, scorecards, and metrics.
- Serve as key point of contact with software vendors and internal stakeholders.
- Engage with internal clients to elicit feedback and provide support in the appropriate use of HR software solutions.
- Support the implementation of programs and initiatives that require changes to existing or new software solutions.
- Understand and implement best practices for HR SaaS products; make suggestions and changes to ensure the products are best configured to meet business growth needs.
- Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and best practices.
- Support the timely completion of HR administrative functions as needed.
What you need to be successful:
- Post-secondary degree or diploma in related field or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 3 years’ experience working with SaaS software configuration, implementation, and management.
- Minimum 2 years’ experience working in an analyst role with bonus points for managing projects.
- Experience with HRIS and ATS, with Ceridian Dayforce experience preferred.
- Demonstrated grasp of HR processes, report generation, metrics, and data requirements.
- Experience using business intelligence tools such as Power BI is considered an asset.
- Advanced knowledge of Excel and MS Office applications (Word, Access, SharePoint, Forms).
- Detail oriented and organized.
- Flexible and able to prioritize tasks, with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
- Comfortable defining analysis scope, requirements, and deliverables.
- Strong verbal, and written communication/presentation skills.
