The HR Analyst will be tasked with performing in-depth analyses of HR data to support decision-making and optimize processes through data-driven insights. This role demands strong expertise in BI reporting tools, advanced Excel functions, and mathematical skills. The analyst will play a crucial role in monitoring and interpreting key metrics, identifying trends, and offering actionable recommendations that enhance the overall effectiveness of the Human Resources function.
Responsibilities:
1. BI Report and Dashboard Development: Develop, maintain, and enhance BI reports and dashboards to
monitor HR metrics (e.g., employee turnover, headcount, compensation, etc.).
- Data Analysis and Trend Identification:
- Conduct detailed analysis of HR data to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement.
- Identify opportunities to streamline HR processes through data analysis.
- Perform complex calculations and create dynamic models to support HR initiatives.
- Develop predictive models to assist in workforce planning and decision-making.
