BACKGROUND AND UNIT SUMMARY
WBG is seeking to hire a well-organized, proactive, and motivated individual to provide analytical support to the HR team (HRDC3) supporting the client managers and staff in ECA and MNA regions. The role requires the highest level of client orientation, interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills. The HR Analyst supports the HRDC3 team in delivering a range of HR-related products/services to client managers and staff located in ECA and MNA regions. This position is expected to work with a high level of independence and initiative.
Responsibilities:
- Develop an understanding of the rationale underlying HR strategy and HR policies to effectively support the HRBPs/HR Manager in delivering services and products.
- Support the HRDC3 team in the implementation of annual HR Programs and deliverables including Workforce Planning Exercises, Integrated Talent and Performance Reviews, Career Development, and Mobility Framework - staff rotations and internal recruitment.
- Use the existing HR information systems, conduct general research and analysis to provide information regarding staffing trends, and prepare summary reports and presentations. This includes data retrieval, interpretation, and write-up of analysis and recommendations on an independent basis with minimum supervision.
- Prepare ad-hoc salary analysis and competitive promotion salary proposals.
- Reach out to the relevant subject matter experts to troubleshoot and problem-solve in consultation with HRBPs/HR Manager policy-related matters.
- Prepare regular staffing analyses, formal reports, briefs, or presentations to the team and/or for guidance to clients.
