About the Team
Our HR Team looks after all areas of the employee life cycle, and is driven to empower all employees at Gerald Eve make a positive impact. The team is 13 people (including this role) supporting all employees across our 9 offices. The team work at a fast pace and need an individual who can help make more efficiencies.
Job Description
This is a new role which has been created to help support the management of our HR Systems, assist on a large-scale HRIS implementation and develop our data reporting capabilities. You providing seamless support across our HR-related platforms, as well supporting on the implementation of Oracle HCM applications.
We are looking for someone with excellent Excel skills (including Excel), experience of working with Data Visualisation tools (PowerBi) and who can pick up working with new systems easily. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a real difference and learn about HR in a growing business, and how HR systems and data play such an important role in the effective functioning of our business. This role is essential in ensuring that the processes originating from our HR Systems run smoothly and efficiently, leveraging data and our existing technology to enhance the overall effectiveness of the HR function.

Data Management:

  • Maintaining and updating HRIS and HR-related platforms
  • Ensuring data accuracy and integrity across HR-related platforms
  • Generating regular HR reports for wider business

Project Coordination:

  • Assisting on HR projects (e.g., system implementations, data cleanses, audits).
  • Gathering the business’ requirements, and presenting clearly
  • Coordinating with various stakeholders to ensure successful delivery of projects

System Administration:

  • Managing our HRIS (Human Resource Information System) and other HR software, as a super-user
  • Troubleshooting system issues and liaise with HRIS’ helpdesk for resolution.

Process Improvement:

  • Identifying opportunities to streamline, automate and improve HR processes in conjunction with our HRIS
  • Ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.

Support and Training:

  • Providing support to HR team members on data-related inquiries.

About you

  • A minimum of 2 years’ experience in an Analyst or data management role, with a passion for data and systems and an enthusiasm to learn
  • Ideally you will have experience working within professional services, however we are open to reviewing candidates outside of this who have worked in a similar role
  • Strong knowledge of HRIS and other HR Management software, ideally with experience using Oracle HCM applications
  • Experience in assisting projects and initiatives.
  • Advanced skills in Excel, other
  • Experience using data visualisation e.g. PowerBi
  • Proficient in creating reports and dashboards
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work across multiple projects simultaneously
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to present data and project updates clearly to wider HR team
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail in data management
  • Vigilance in maintaining data integrity and confidentiality
  • Familiarity with data privacy regulations (e.g. GDPR, ISO Standards)

Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
