Are you passionate about human resources and want to evolve in a dynamic and international environment? The Human Resources Department of the ENGIE group is looking for an HR Analyst (M/F/X).
You will play a central role in the management of missions between France and Belgium. You will also be the liaison for all matters related to total rewards, contributing to the optimization and efficiency of our HR processes and strategy.

ENGIE’s headquarters in Brussels has 1000 employees, executives and managers, spread over 20 divisions covering support functions, the strategic departments of the 4 Business Units, as well as the Research and Innovation department.
The Human Resources Department at ENGIE’s head office plays a key role in supporting managers in Belgium and France. We intervene in all events concerning employees, the evolution of their jobs and organizational transformations. Our team is divided between Brussels and Paris to ensure optimal proximity and coherence in terms of local issues.

Responsibilities:

  • Contribute to the management, integration and development of HRIS IT systems:
  • Follow database and software updates
  • Provide first-level support to the HR team, employees and managers
  • Write materials and user guides
  • Collect, analyze and interpret data from these HRIS systems:
  • Extract and create statistical reports
  • Provide technical support during annual compensation and performance evaluation campaigns
  • Ensure the quality of HRIS data:
  • Control and guarantee the quality of data for audits and annual HR campaigns.
  • Monitor HRIS development projects and contribute to the optimization of processes:
  • Communicate and support the deployment of projects to the HQ population.
  • Carry out ad hoc analyses for HQs in France and Belgium and extract good practices.
  • Administrative management and support:
  • Manage staff movements in coordination with the HR, payroll and finance teams
  • Preparing the meetings of the social consultation bodies
  • Support on the follow-up of social documents and ad hoc projects
