- Partners with the leadership team to ensure fair and compliant HR
- Supports annual Performance Management & Compensation processes
- Handles analyses and reporting related to various HR KPIs and measurements
- Interacts with other HR departments such as Learning, People Services, Talent Acquisition and the payroll provider on a need basis
- Operates Performance modules in Success Factors for goal setting, goal achievement, performance review, reporting etc.
- Offers guidance and training to employees and leaders related to the performance management, connected processes and supporting system
QualificationsQualificationsQualifications
- Bachelors’ degree in Economics, Psychology or related fields
- Ms. Excel skills (advanced), comfortable working with data and tools
- Team player with a high work ethics, resilience and growth mindset
- Previous experience working with SAP HR modules / other HR system is an advantage
THINGS TO KNOW BEFORE DEPARTURE:
- Start: by arrangement - always on the 1st and 15th of the month
- Working hours: full-time (40h); 27 vacation days
- Employment contract: Unlimited
