JOB SUMMARY
The Food Standards Agency (FSA) is a small government department with a big mission: to keep food safe, ensure that it is what it says it is, and that it’s increasingly healthy and more sustainable. As we look to deliver this sprawling remit, we’re always looking to make sure we’re best supporting our workforce.
We’re looking for an HR Data Analyst who can help us make the most of our people data, drawing out insights that will enable us to better support our colleagues across the organisation as they deliver the work that ensures consumers across the country have access to ‘food you can trust’.
JOB DESCRIPTION
You’ll develop, produce and analyse data, presenting information to senior leaders in a clear and accessible way that will help us find meaningful ways to improve our employee experience. Your data will influence initiatives, policies and procedures across the FSA, and you’ll touch on a wide array of areas, from diversity and inclusion to strategic workforce planning.
You’ll collaborate with a range of internal stakeholders and represent a voice of leadership around our people data undertakings.
If you’re a talented interpreter of data who enjoys uncovering valuable insights, this role offers the chance to have a real impact on the way the FSA works. Apply today to join us as our HR Data Analyst.
