JOB DESCRIPTION

HR Analyst (parental cover- fixed-term contract)
The HR Analyst is passionate about delivery of the day-to-day activities of a country within the EMEA Shared Service Centre. They ensure quality of service and operational performance by working within the HRSS detailed processes and working with appropriate metrics and dashboards. They will bring up questions and issues to the Team Leader on centre-supported services such as Benefits, HR policies & procedures.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS/QUALIFICATIONS

  • Shared service experience with experience in ticketing systems
  • Basic understanding of Human Resources programs, practices and regulations/legal requirements
  • Ability to coordinate multiple tasks while still delivering high quality results
  • Ability to maintain a positive approach.
  • Ability to communicate well in a diverse work environment and deliver excellent customer care is important
  • Possess good listening skills and perseverance to work with all types of employees
  • Good organizational and time management skills
  • Process improvement skills (desirable but not crucial)
  • Experience with Time & Attendance and absence management systems is an advantage
  • Experience with HR database platforms (Workday) is a plus.
  • Proficiency in English is desirable.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs

Responsibilities:

Deliver first line support for all HR queries across the spectrum of the employee lifecycle from new hires to employees leaving the business - including:

  • All employee related administration for HR processes
  • Handles employee enquiries in the Case Management system with the goal to ensure a high customer happiness and work in line with the service level agreements.
  • Maintain information, resources, manuals and policies for assigned countries
  • Deliver HR support in accordance with local employment legislation
  • Ensure administrative compliance with local regulations and authorities
  • Support local HR group with ad-hoc request
  • Participate in business/ functional projects as required
  • Responsible for the accurate filing and storing of employee data according to the respective data protection requirements
