As the HR Analyst I, you would provide support to the local and global HR function, gathering, compiling, and maintaining HR-related information and preparing various reports and documents.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs
  • Good organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to coordinate multiple tasks while still delivering high-quality results.
  • Good written and oral communication skills.
  • Basic understanding of Human Resources programs, practices, and regulations/legal requirements for applicable country/ region.
  • Positive demeanor and ability to work in collaborative team
  • Ability to handle confidential information appropriately and high attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in English
  • Experience with HR database platforms (SAP, Workday) is valuable
  • Shared service experience with experience in ticketing systems is an advantage.
  • Functional knowledge of a second foreign language would be considered an advantage.

Responsibilities:

  • Employee onboarding (doing contracts, asking for personal documents during onboarding to register for benefits and other onboarding activities, partnering with Talent Acquisition and local Colleague Services team, as applicable
  • Job changes (receiving Workday job change inbox tasks, doing contract amendments, consulting with HR Partners and Managers, when necessary)
  • Terminations (complete offboarding for terminations, including generating termination documentation)
  • Maintains personnel files for assigned location(s), ensuring timely and accurate processing, and filing of forms.
  • Handles employee inquiries in the Case Management system to ensure high customer satisfaction and work in line with the service level agreements.

To be considered for this role, you should have the following qualifications and experience:

  • High/Secondary School education or equivalent and relevant formal academic/vocational qualifications.
  • Previous experience that provides the knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform the job (comparable to 1-2 years), or equivalent combination of education, training & experience.
