The HR Analyst, Sales Compensation will oversee the compensation process for our different sales units across Arrow. In this role, understanding sales plans, being attentive to detail and problem fixing oriented are part of the success traits desired.

Responsibilities:

  • Administrate sales compensation/incentive plans for sales personnel.
  • Maintain and update compensation information pertinent to each division.
  • Verify accuracy and timeliness of payments; submit this information to payroll as requested.
  • Seek resolution of issues and audit information needed to track performance plans.
  • Support activities needed for the development, implementation and administration of incentive programs and policies.
  • Document sales performance results and present data to management.
