The Universal Group, recognized as one of Canada’s best-managed companies in 2023, has an exciting opportunity for a HR Analyst to join our Human Resources team. Reporting to the Director- Human Resources, the HR Analyst is responsible for collecting, compiling, and analyzing HR data, metrics, and statistics to provide valuable insights and recommendations related to recruitment, retention, and legal compliance. This role plays a crucial part in maintaining data integrity within HR service functions.
WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field. Advanced degree or certification in HR analytics or HRIS management is a plus.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in analytics, HRIS management, or a related field.
- Experience with HRIS systems, including system configuration and reporting functionalities.
- Understanding of HR processes and best practices, including recruitment, performance management, and employee relations.
- Familiarity with HR compliance requirements and regulations.
