As an HR and Compensation & Benefits (C&B) Analyst, you will play a crucial role in our global Compensation & Benefit Team. We are making investments to assemble a global team with the right skills to join our journey. In this role you will be a part of our work to drive and ensure Tobii Dynavox’s comprehensive compensation offer with the aim of attracting, motivating, and retaining talent.
You will collaborate closely with the Head of C&B, People & Sustainability and Finance to maintain the accuracy of our C&B and HR related data. As a key member in the employee life cycle, you will assure data is entered swiftly and accurately and regularly audited. Your proactive communication within the C&B team will assure alignment, and your interactions with employees and managers will reflect our commitment to excellence and support.

Please note: This is a hybrid role (2-3 days a week) from our office in Stockholm city.
In this role, you will:

HR Metrics & Reporting

  • Develop and maintain HR metrics to track data points, such as headcount, FTE, turnover, compensation and workforce data.
  • Contribute to system decision-making, scoping, and arranging HR system projects in support of the overall HR strategy.
  • Compile HR data and metrics from the human resource information system (HRIS) and payroll outputs.
  • Provide analytical support and data analysis, preparing ad-hoc and regular reports.

Compensation

  • Support the annual compensation review and equity planning processes including timelines, communications, budget, systems/tools configuration and testing, training, reporting and calibration.
  • Collaborate with People & Sustainability team to make sure salary, STI & LTI and equity communications are delivered with maximum impact.
  • Support the development and implementation of global a job architecture, salary structures, benchmarking and compensation analysis.
  • Provide data-driven insights and recommendations for pay ranges, bonus structures and total rewards programs across multiple countries.

Benefits and Vendor Management

  • Coordinate benefits programs, including processes and vendor partnerships.
  • Collaborate with HR teams for alignment of benefits with local regulations and employee expectations.
  • Drive wellness initiatives and oversee relationships with benefit providers to enhance employee experience.
  • Manage corporate travel policies and vendor relationships for cost-effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop travel programs.

What We’re Looking For:
We are looking for a solution-oriented, proactive, diligent and pragmatic HR Analyst to support our team in various HR functions. Your role will involve managing employee data, coordinating processes, and contributing to HR projects.

We are looking for someone that has:

  • Previous experience in HR roles with a focus on data maintenance and analysis.
  • Advanced skills in MS Office Suite, particularly Excel, is required.
  • Proficiency in HRIS or other HR systems (Experience in Workday is a plus).
  • Previous experience in facilitating trainings and writing instructions is appreciated.
  • Foundational understanding of global and local HR processes and legal obligations and consequences.
  • Analytical skills to convert data into patterns and actionable insights.
  • Organizational and prioritization skills, with attention-to-detail to efficiently handle multiple tasks and meet time sensitive deadlines.
  • Communication and interpersonal skills in English (both verbally and written) to present data in a clear and concise manner and collaborate globally.
