Our mission at Global Strategic Recruiting Team is to help T-Systems become the most attractive employer for tech talents in all our locations. Our goal is not only to help them tackle and resolve the difficulties in Recruitment & Selection journeys, but to proactively advise and support them to avoid such difficulties.
As an HR analyst trainee, you will be responsibe for providing different analytic content (reports and visuals) to support complex analytic projects. You will take ownership of certain reports, where your improvement ideas and your eyes for visualization will always be welcome. You will be responsible for collecting and organizing specific labor market intelligence as well. You will have the chance to apply your MS Excel and Power Point skills, as well as your analytical mindset and creative energy.

Responsibilities:

  • After a proper onboarding and professional training, our new trainee colleague will support the Global Labor Market analysis project, by providing competitor intelligence, reviewing global labor market trends and creating visuals out of them.
  • We need someone, who has a genuine interest in figures and charts, since our team creates many regular and ad hoc reports and dashboards, to offer proper information and context to our stakeholders. Some of these reports could be handled by our new team member.
  • We are always open for new: we receive many interesting contacts and service offers from different providers, and our new colleague could be part of the team of “Innovative researchers”, to help our management make the best decisions.
  • In order to keep up the pace with our potential global talent pool, we have some ideas to bring to life and make T-Systems win the war for talents – but we need helping hands here, and even more ideas!

Fluency in English language (C1)

  • MS Office skills – especially excel – advanced and power point - advanced
  • Power BI is an advantage
  • Solid data visualization skills
  • Active university or college studies in the field of Business administration, Economics, Human resources or similar
