Description:

We are looking for a skilled HR Analyst to contribute to the management, integration, and development of HRIS systems. As an HR Analyst, you will perform key analytical tasks to support our HR operations.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS FOR THE HR ANALYST:

  • 3-5 years of experience in HR, preferably in an analytical role.
  • Proficiency in Power BI.
  • Experience with Workday.
  • Knowledge of eblox is a plus.
  • Proficiency in French, Dutch, and English.
  • Hands-on, detail-oriented, with a structured and accurate approach to tasks.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and showcase strong analytical, assertive, and solution-oriented skills as an HR Analyst.

Responsibilities:

  • Reporting: As an HR Analyst, you will assist in developing an HR dashboard and maintain Power BI reports, covering absenteeism, holidays, training, and recruitment data.
  • Employee Movement reports: Prepare detailed reports as an HR Analyst on employee movements for the works council.
  • Data Quality: Ensure data accuracy and maintain high standards of quality in HR data, a crucial task for our HR Analyst.
  • Training Support: As an HR Analyst, assist the People Development Manager with training reports and Federal Learning Account requirements.
  • Workday Management: Keeping the system up to date and collaborating on Workday implementation projects while acting as the Single Point of Contact for Workday-related issues.
  • Documentation: Create user guides and reporting processes to support the HR department, a key responsibility of the HR Analyst.
  • System Administration: Oversee HR-related systems as an HR Analyst, managing daily, weekly, and monthly reporting activities.
    Additionally, as an HR Analyst, you will support fleet-related matters, such as reporting through Phoenix systems and managing long-term absences. You will also assess current HR systems to explore potential automation opportunities.
