Position Responsibilities

  • Direct, support and develop the human resources analyst team by guiding analyses and leading analytics projects.
  • Conduct HR data audits and implement process improvements to enhance data accuracy and reporting.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to understand their data needs.
  • Translate complex data into clear insights that inform business decisions and strategies.

Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • 5+ years of experience managing an analytics team, ideally in human resources or people analytics.
  • Proficient with data analysis tools Excel, SQL and PowerQuery. Python experience a plus.
  • Skilled in data visualization tools such as PowerBI and Tableau.
