Position Responsibilities
- Direct, support and develop the human resources analyst team by guiding analyses and leading analytics projects.
- Conduct HR data audits and implement process improvements to enhance data accuracy and reporting.
- Collaborate with internal teams to understand their data needs.
- Translate complex data into clear insights that inform business decisions and strategies.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree.
- 5+ years of experience managing an analytics team, ideally in human resources or people analytics.
- Proficient with data analysis tools Excel, SQL and PowerQuery. Python experience a plus.
- Skilled in data visualization tools such as PowerBI and Tableau.
