REQUIREMENTS:

  • Relevant experience in administrative role.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Applications such as Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
  • Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Highly motivated and proactive in task management.

Responsibilities:

  • Support basic accounting tasks, processing invoices, payments and month-end closing processes.
  • Conduct recruitment activities such as posting job openings,paperwork and scheduling interviews globally.
  • Maintain, up-to-date and filing records and profiles and verify timesheets, attendance and leaves balance for all staff.
  • Provide general administrative support to both the HR and Accounting including maintaining office supplies, scheduling meetings, coordinating calendars.
  • Performing basic office tasks, such as filing, data entry and processing the mail.
  • Assist with any ad-hoc duties.
