  • Diploma in Human Resource Management and/or related field
  • Minimum 1-2 year experience as a HR Admin, HR Admin Assistant or relevant role
  • Basic knowledge of Employment Act, IRAS and MOM regulations and HR best practices
  • Thorough knowledge of MOM laws
  • Excellent organisational skills, with an ability to prioritize important projects
  • Strong communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills
  • Good with time management and problem-solving
  • Meticulous and keen eye for details

Responsibilities:

JOB PURPOSE:

The HR Admin Assistant will be responsible for assisting the Corporate Manager in overseeing and managing the day-to-day HR and Admin operation.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Handle and support day-to-day HR and Admin related matters
  • Maintain accuracy of HR database and updating employee records in HR information system
  • Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, including arranging workstations, and other necessary preparations.
  • Provide administrative support for work pass applications, renewals, and cancellations in compliance with relevant employment regulations.
  • Post and maintain job advertisements on appropriate platforms in line with fair recruitment practices.
  • Coordinate and administer employee training programs, including handling course approvals, registrations, post-training evaluations, and maintaining up-to-date training records and documentation.
  • Handle employees’ enquiries and feedbacks
  • Assist in claims submission, government grants, insurance, etc.
  • Plan, coordinate, and organize activities such as meetings, company events, and other related functions.
  • Oversee the maintenance and housekeeping of office premises and equipment, including copiers, air-conditioners, water dispensers, and other office resources.
  • Provide general administrative support and undertake additional tasks as assigned by the Manager.
