Key Responsibilities
- Preparing employee documentation and setting up personal files, entering data into the system
- Supporting the payroll team in preparing and verifying payroll lists, tax declarations, and Employee Capital Plans (PPK) (entering and verifying data)
- Assisting the team in completing HR administration and payroll tasks
- Preparing summaries and reports for the department’s needs
- Providing employees with information on labor law
- Archiving documentation
- Maintenance and updating of personnel files
Qualifications
- Experience (at least 1 year) in full HR administration and payroll service, with an emphasis on payroll
- Good knowledge of labor law, social security, and tax regulations
- Basic knowledge of payroll calculation
- Willingness to improve professional qualifications
- Familiarity with the MS Office package, especially Excel
- Good organization skills, responsibility, initiative, independence
- Knowledge of the Płatnik program and HR/payroll systems is an asset (knowledge of Comarch Optima is preferred)
- Knowledge of Familiarity with the Act on Foreigners and the Social Benefits Fund (Zfśs) is an asset
- Knowledge of English at a minimum B1 level is preferred
