OutThere were established in 2012, we have evolved from a recruitment process management company, to an outsourcing business that fulfils all of the supporting functions you would expect to sit within a fully integrated HR department. Our panel of experts are on hand to share their commercial experience as and when you need it. We provide outsourced solutions for all businesses great and small and our customers employee headcount range is currently 5 to 500.
We are currently seeking a Human Resources & Recruitment Administrator to join our team in Southsea, Hampshire. The ideal candidate will be a highly organised and detail oriented individual who is comfortable working with a high level of confidentiality.
Responsibilities:
- To provide administrative support to the OutThere HR Consultants which can include; producing standard letters, contracts, populating template documentation and updating client HR software systems.
- To work in conjunction with the HR team to deliver various client HR projects.
- Providing resourcing administration support to the OutThere Recruitment Team which can include: qualifying candidates, maintaining recruitment sourcing software and applicant tracking system; completion of recruitment process documentation.
- Basic candidate searches using effective utilisation of job boards, and head hunting and provide customers with updates on their current recruitment campaigns.
- To effectively time log each working task/activity against the appropriate client/project/campaign as directed by your line manager; using our chosen project management software platform.
Key Requirements:
- Relevant and appropriate education background or on the job experience i.e. Business Administration and/or working towards a relevant HR Qualification.
- A personal interest in HR and/or Recruitment Process gaining 360 exposure to the HR and RPO industry.
- Excellent communication skills both spoken and written.
- Keen attention to detail.
