REQUIREMENTS

  • Minimum HBO working and thinking level, with a focus on Recruiting, HR or Psychology
  • A passion for people and an eagerness to start and grow your career in HR.
  • Strong organizational skills, accuracy, and attention to detail.
  • Excellent command of English, both written and verbal.
  • Good command of Office365 and an interest in learning HR software.
  • A proactive and positive attitude with a growth mindset.
  • Flexible approach to working hours, not limited to the typical 9-5.
  • Availability to work at least 3 days in our office in Amsterdam, with Friday being our mandatory office day.

Responsibilities:

We are looking for an enthusiastic HR Officer with a focus on recruitment to join our Talent team at SparkOptimus in Amsterdam, with the flexibility to work remotely for 2 days a week. In this role, you’ll play a crucial part in our talent acquisition efforts, while also gaining hands-on experience in a wide range of HR operations. Your primary goal will be to support the recruitment process, manage HR coordination tasks, and contribute to the overall success of our Talent team.

You’ll coordinate the recruitment process from job postings to interview scheduling and job offers, ensuring a positive experience for candidates. You’ll also handle HR operations such as drafting contracts, managing visa applications, and maintaining accurate employee records. This role is perfect for someone at the start of their career who is eager to learn and grow in the HR field.

  • Assist in coordinating the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, sourcing, and interview scheduling.
  • Support HR operations, such as preparing employment contracts, processing visa applications, and maintaining accurate employee records.
  • Contribute to the onboarding process, helping new hires transition smoothly into the company.
  • Collaborate with the Talent team to support various HR initiatives and projects.
  • Provide support to employees with HR-related questions, ensuring they have a positive experience.
  • Help organize and coordinate Talent team activities and events.
  • Continuously seek opportunities to learn and develop within the HR field.
