Responsibilities:
- Assist in sourcing top IT profiles for various roles, learning to identify talent that matches our client needs.
- Support the HR team with day-to-day tasks, including coordinating interviews, maintaining candidate records, and tracking onboarding processes.
- Organize and assist with events for the team, helping build a strong workplace culture.
- Engage with social media and job boards to help promote our open positions and attract candidates.
- Collaborate within a multicultural environment, supporting our nearshoring projects with our Greek subsidiary.
