The successful candidate will report directly to our Head of HR and will be crucial in supporting our continued growth. They will play a key role in delivering efficient and comprehensive HR support across the business. This position offers the opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment where your contributions will have a significant impact.

ESSENTIAL SKILLS:

  • Proven experience in an HR Assistant role.
  • Knowledge and understanding of UK/EU Employment Law, ACAS Codes of Practice and GDPR.
  • Attention to detail and strong administrative skills
  • Comfortable to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Conduct yourself in a professional manner with a high level of confidentiality
  • Driving license.

Responsibilities:

  • Update HR systems/databases with monthly starters, leavers and contractual changes
  • Supporting internal and external enquiries and requests made to the HR function
  • Compiling and maintaining employment records.
  • Assist in the administration of the full employee lifecycle, from onboarding to offboarding.
  • Assist with the recruitment process including all documentation from job descriptions, advertisements, interviews and inductions.
  • Keeping policies and procedures up to date.
  • Support in the administration of absence management and ER administration.
  • Support in the production of monthly reports.
  • Support in other HR ad hoc duties.
