Description:

Multinational market research company, with presence in more than 150 countries, is looking for a HR Assistant for LATAM.

What do we need?

  • Strategic Planning: Aligning HR practices with the overall strategic plan of the company
  • Compliance Requirements: Ensuring legal, compliance, and administrative responsibilities are met
  • Workforce Planning: Identifying workforce requirements needed to achieve goals and analyzing trends
  • Employee Development: Overseeing onboarding, training, and development responsibilities
  • Talent Management: Managing employee experience, engagement, and performance
  • Policy Development: Designing and updating existing company policies
  • Maintaining Employee Records: Keeping track of employee data and records
  • Conducting Analysis of Employee Benefits: Evaluating and managing employee benefits programs
  • Handling Disciplinary Needs: Managing disciplinary actions in a fair and respectful manner
  • Ensuring Compliance with Labor Laws and Regulations: Staying updated with labor laws and ensuring the organization is compliant

Required Education, Experience, & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
  • 1-2 years’ experience in an HR role is ideal.
  • Demonstrated proficiency with MS Office, particularly Outlook and Excel.
  • Proficient mathematical skills for calculating evaluator fees, deductions, and bonuses.
  • Ability to quickly learn BARE’s proprietary database systems, including having current knowledge of web-based database system navigation.
  • Strong professional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Demonstrated history of active listening and asking for clarification when needed.
  • Proven ability to convey facts in writing using concepts and language the reader will best understand.
  • Knowledge of customer service principles and best practices.
  • Demonstrated ability to problem-solve and find creative solutions to challenges using available resources.
  • Proven ability to respond to customer and team needs and to meet commitments.
  • History of successfully managing multiple projects at different stages in a deadline-driven environment.
  • Ability to take initiative, work independently, and demonstrate self-motivation and resourcefulness.
  • Proven ability to diplomatically handle occasional challenging interpersonal interactions.
  • Proven track record of achieving outstanding results with little-to-no direct oversight.
  • History of taking personal responsibility for the quality and timeliness of work.
  • Demonstrated ability to earn others’ trust and respect through consistent honesty and professionalism in all interactions.
  • History of contributing to a positive team spirit.
