JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Human Resources Assistant to support our HR department in various administrative tasks. This role is ideal for someone looking to start their career in Human Resources and gain hands-on experience in a fast paced environment.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Previous experience in a human resources role is preferred but not essential.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and a willingness to learn new skills within the HR domain.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the recruitment process by managing job postings on various platforms, including social media.
  • Maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy in the HRIS. (Human Resources Information System)
  • Support the onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring all documentation is completed and filed correctly.
  • Once trained to communicate effectively with employees regarding HR policies, procedures, and benefits.
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information while handling employee inquiries.
  • Collaborate with team members to organise training sessions and employee engagement activities.
