- Degree in Psychology, Human Resources, or a related field
- Experience in a similar role, preferably in a consulting or law firm
- Fluency in English and German
- Proficient in MS Office, with excellent organizational and time management skills

Responsibilities:
ABOUT THE ROLE
As an HR Assistant, you’ll be the backbone of our international team, handling personnel inquiries, managing the recruitment process, and ensuring smooth onboarding for new employees and interns. You’ll keep our HR databases in top shape and collaborate on exciting HR projects with company leadership and other departments.
- Support our team with personnel inquiries across all offices
- Manage recruitment: screen candidates, schedule interviews, and communicate with applicants
- Onboardings: prepare documents and equipment, coordinate workspace, and welcome new employees
- HR databases: set up and maintain personal files in PERSONIO and monitor talent development
- HR projecs: e.g., migrating to new HR software solutions, enhancing HR reporting systems, developing employee engagement programs, and optimizing talent acquisition strategies
