This HR Assistant opportunity is full time @ 40 hours per week, offers full benefits and a convenient Monday-Friday schedule. This person will be responsible for performing various administrative duties in support of the Human Resources Department. Responsible for tracking licensure, evaluations, the Allied Health Professionals and other vendors who work for the facility for TJC compliance. Participates in performance improvement and continuous quality improvement (CQI) activities.

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for customer service functions of the Human Resources Department. Serves as the primary greeter for all employees and applicants
  • Maintains facility database for personnel records; records are kept confidential
  • Responsible for verification of employment and maintaining employee confidentiality with outside callers.
  • Is a resource person both within the department and to administrative staff of other departments.
