JOUR OUR TEAM AS A HR ASSISTANT

We are seeking a dedicated HR Assistant to join our team of ten, supporting our HR Manager and Director of Human Resources in delivering exceptional services. In this role, you will provide administrative support to the HR team, ensuring a positive employee experience and maintaining a people-centric focus in all aspects of your work.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Experience in HR administration or a similar role.
  • High attention to detail.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritise effectively.
  • Strong organisation and coordination skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good team working skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and issue employment contracts.
  • Maintain and update employee records.
  • Assist with updating CPD records.
  • Maintain absence records and handle related queries.
  • Respond to routine HR queries.
  • Perform various administrative tasks.
  • Assist with HR initiatives and projects including our wellness programme (WOW).
