HR Assistant / Officer (5 Days Work / North)

Responsibilities:-

• Full spectrum of HR functions including recruitment, on-boarding, work pass administration, maintenance of employee records, payroll, compensation and benefits administration, performance management, training and development, employee relations, HR metrics and analysis etc
• Provide HR advice and recommendations
• Develop/Support HR initiatives
• Management and support dormitory and to work closely with Production Manager; compliance with latest safety measures by BCA, MOM etc

Requirements:-

• Diploma holder or Degree in Business Management, HRM or equivalent
• 3 years hands-on experience as a HR Generalist, including Payroll preferably
• Good knowledge of Employment Act, CPF, IRAS and other employment related legislation
• Detailed oriented with high level of accuracy
• Proficient in Excel and HRIS (experience in Timesoft will be an added advantage)
• Organised and able to prioritise
• People-oriented
