Description:

Responsibilities:

  • Assist HR department with recruitment, onboarding, and employee record maintenance.
  • Handle administrative tasks such as updating employee files and scheduling interviews.
  • Coordinate training sessions and maintain attendance records.
  • Address employee inquiries regarding HR policies and benefits.
  • Support in the preparation of HR reports and documentation.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR software.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Previous HR experience is an advantage.
