Description:

As an HR Assistant at Opisok Ortho Specialized Clinic, you will play a crucial role in supporting the HR department and ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the company. You will be responsible for a variety of administrative tasks, as well as assisting with recruitment, employee relations, and other HR functions.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the real estate industry.
  • Knowledge of HR policies and procedures.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and HR software.
  • Proactive and able to work independently as well as in a team environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the HR department, including maintaining employee records, scheduling interviews, and preparing HR documents.
  • Assist with the recruitment process by posting job openings, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews.
  • Ensure compliance with all HR policies and procedures.
  • Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes for employees.
  • Maintain and update employee information in the HR database.
  • Assist with employee relations, including addressing employee queries and concerns.
  • Coordinate and organize employee training and development programs.
  • Prepare and distribute HR-related communications and announcements.
  • Assist with performance management processes, including conducting performance evaluations and maintaining performance records.
  • Support the HR team with various projects and initiatives.
