Description:
As an HR Assistant at Opisok Ortho Specialized Clinic, you will play a crucial role in supporting the HR department and ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the company. You will be responsible for a variety of administrative tasks, as well as assisting with recruitment, employee relations, and other HR functions.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the real estate industry.
- Knowledge of HR policies and procedures.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and HR software.
- Proactive and able to work independently as well as in a team environment.
Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the HR department, including maintaining employee records, scheduling interviews, and preparing HR documents.
- Assist with the recruitment process by posting job openings, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews.
- Ensure compliance with all HR policies and procedures.
- Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes for employees.
- Maintain and update employee information in the HR database.
- Assist with employee relations, including addressing employee queries and concerns.
- Coordinate and organize employee training and development programs.
- Prepare and distribute HR-related communications and announcements.
- Assist with performance management processes, including conducting performance evaluations and maintaining performance records.
- Support the HR team with various projects and initiatives.
