PASOTA Cyber Security is looking for an organized and detail-oriented HR Assistant to join our team in London. REQUIRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience: Previous experience in an HR support role or a related administrative position is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with HR software or applicant tracking systems.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Strong communication skills with the ability to interact positively with employees at all levels of the organization.
  • Organizational Skills: Excellent organizational and time management skills with a keen attention to detail.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Knowledge of Employment Laws: Basic understanding of UK employment laws and regulations is an advantage.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to approach challenges with a solution-oriented mindset and adapt to changing priorities.

Responsibilities:

  • Administrative Support: Assist with day-to-day HR operations, including maintaining employee records, processing payroll, and managing documentation for new hires and terminations.
  • Recruitment Assistance: Support the recruitment process by posting job openings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and coordinating onboarding activities for new employees.
  • Employee Relations: Help foster a positive work environment by addressing employee inquiries and concerns while ensuring confidentiality and professionalism.
  • Performance Management: Assist in administering performance review processes, tracking deadlines, and maintaining relevant documentation.
  • Training Coordination: Help organize training sessions and employee development programs, ensuring all logistical details are handled effectively.
  • Policy Compliance: Ensure HR policies and procedures are communicated and adhered to within the organization, helping to maintain a compliant and respectful workplace.
  • Data Management: Maintain accurate HR databases and reports, providing regular updates to management as needed.
  • Support Projects: Participate in HR projects and initiatives aimed at improving employee engagement, culture, and overall HR efficiency.
