Description:

Responsibilities:
- Support and execute daily HR procedures.
- Follow up on recruitment processes, communicate with candidates, and schedule interviews.
- Prepare and maintain employee files and records.
- Assist in drafting contracts and preparing onboarding documents.
- Monitor attendance processes and prepare related reports.
- Contribute to planning and executing training and development activities.
- Provide administrative support in all HR aspects.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
- At least one year of experience in HR or a similar role (preferred).
- Good knowledge of labor laws and administrative procedures.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: KD350.000 - KD400.000 per month
