Description:

We are in search of a meticulous HR Coordinator to join our team in the Milford, Massachusetts area. The HR Coordinator will be responsible for a variety of administrative tasks, including processing weekly payroll, assisting with benefits administration, onboarding and offboarding, and maintaining HR data. This role will also involve handling employee inquiries and completing compliance tasks.

Responsibilities

  • Accurately process weekly payroll and handle any employee data changes
  • Assist in the administration of company benefits, including processing changes and compliance reporting
  • Support the onboarding process for new hires, including tracking and filing new hire paperwork
  • Assist with the offboarding process as needed
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR data and employee files
  • Handle employee inquiries and respond in a timely manner
  • Assist in the administration of performance reviews
  • Complete compliance tasks related to employment and HR procedures
  • Conduct research to address employee questions or concerns
  • Assist with other HR administrative duties as assigned.
  • Possess a minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in the field of Human Resources
  • Demonstrated skills in Administrative Assistance and Administrative Office procedures
  • Proven Administrative experience, including familiarity with Administrative procedures and Administrative skills
  • Experience in Benefits Administration and Human Resources (HR) Administration
  • Knowledge of HRIS - Human Resources Info Systems
  • Proficiency in using MS Office suite
  • Experience in managing Time Sheets and Payroll
  • Experience in handling Payroll for under 100 Employees
  • Understanding of various Payroll Functions
  • Able to handle sensitive information confidentially
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field, or equivalent work experience.
